Practically, that means we work through your chapters with you, explain what needs to change and why, and give you analysis you can defend in your viva. Work you cannot explain is work that will fail you at exactly the wrong moment.

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Peer review and editorial decisions sit with the journal. What we can do is improve the quality of the work you submit: a defensible method, a correctly-run analysis, a clear argument, proper formatting and a methodical response to reviewer comments.

Access is limited to the expert assigned to your work and your coordinator. We can sign an NDA on request, we de-identify participant data where appropriate, and we retain files only for the agreed period of the engagement. If your institution has specific data-handling requirements, tell us and we'll work within them.

It's defined in writing before anything starts, and it varies by engagement — for example an analysis with output tables and an explanation session, a commented code repository, a methodology chapter reviewed with tracked comments, or a screening log and PRISMA flow diagram. You'll always know the deliverables before you decide to proceed.
